Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange / Return for Domestic Orders
We aim to bring to you premium quality textiles from all across the nation. However, we'd be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the cases mentioned below:
1. Wrong garment
2. Defected garment
3. Wrong size
You can email us on info@shophindya.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Incase of an exchange, we shall notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your order.
The said exchange will be processed for the received order and the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
*Note: Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
- Incase of refund, a credit note will be issued against your order with a validity of 2 months.
*Note: Any order is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
** Note: No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
- Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement
- Sale items
- On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
