INDIAN CUSTOMERS
1. We offer free shipping on all COD & Prepaid orders above INR 3,000 throughout India.
2. For orders below INR 3,000, flat shipping of INR 99/- is chargeable.
3. We process orders within 48-72 hours and ship them via trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 4-7 working days*
4. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days.
5. COD is only applicable for orders upto a cart value of INR 6,000 within India. Beyond that we only accept online payments, you can pay on our website via paytm, wallets, UPI, cards, net banking etc.
*Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . Hindya does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
2. International Shipping is not free. Shipping charges for all international orders are calculated at checkout and depends upon the weight of your order.
3. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your Order Tracking Information.
6. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
7. Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the package.
